Real Estate Staging Report  
At Home Redesigns will tour your home with you, detailing specific ways to maximize its best features and minimize the less appealing. We'll suggest what to pack up, ways to rearrange furniture and how to display artwork and accessories. We will recommend paint colors where needed and advise you on which purchases to make, if necessary, to impress potential buyers.
Cost for the tour and a written report: $200

Real Estate Staging
After analyzing how to best present your home, At Home Redesigns will rearrange your furniture, accessories and artwork to ready it for a quick and profitable sale. We can stage your entire house or focus on the most important areas. We can also shop for needed items and arrange for furniture rental if your home is vacant.
Cost: $75 per hour, with written estimates given by the project.
